Fort McMurray, AB — January 8, 2026 — The Fort McMurray Oil Barons have acquired 2005 born forward Stefan Serediak from the Devon Xtreme in exchange for a Player Development Fee (PDF) and future considerations.
Serediak, a 6’2 forward from Edmonton, brings offensive production and experience to the Oil Barons lineup. He has recorded 15 goals and 10 assists for 25 points in 30 games with Devon this season and is currently on a stretch where he has produced 12 points over his last 8 games. In total, Serediak has appeared in 115 career AJHL games.
“We are excited to add a veteran forward who plays on both ends of the ice. He has a great shot and will add scoring to our lineup down the stretch and into playoffs,” said Oil Barons Head Coach & General Manager Sam Klassen.
