On Saturday, the AJHL in conjunction with Inter Pipeline, selected Oil Barons Captain Brandon Ralph as the recipient of the 2017 Inter Pipeline AJHL Scholarship. The $1,500 scholarship is awarded to the player deemed most deserving among sixteen applicants across the AJHL.
