When the Barons score their first goal against the Saints on Saturday, December 1, don't be shy to throw Paddington, Big Bird or Elmo on the ice to help a child smile this Christmas.
Father Mercredi's Santas Anonymous will be donating all cuddly creatures tossed on the ice to local children in need this holiday season. And don't worry. If you forget to bring a new or gently used teddy bear to the game, Father Mercredi students will be selling new stuffed animals in the main lobby before the game.
