FORT McMURRAY, AB (December 1, 2014) – The Fort McMurray Oil Barons of the Alberta Junior Hockey League have traded the rights to 1995-born defenceman Chandler Irvin (Cochrane, AB) to the Calgary Canucks, to complete a trade conducted on November 1, 2014.
The Oil Barons had future considerations owing to the Canucks in the trade which saw the Barons acquire 1996-born forward Logan Franz (Medicine Hat, AB) and the rights to 1996-born forward Landon Welykholowa (Calgary, AB) in exchange for 1996-born forward Anthony Orubor (Calgary, AB).
This transaction completes the aforementioned trade.
