Fort McMurray, AB — March 11, 2026 — The Fort McMurray Oil Barons are excited to announce a Silent Jersey Auction featuring the team’s game worn navy blue third jerseys from the 2025–26 season.
Bidding will officially open at the Oil Barons home game on Wednesday, March 11 at Centerfire Place. The auction will run throughout the Oil Barons playoff run and will officially close following the team’s final home playoff game of the 2026 AJHL Playoffs.
Fans will have the opportunity to bid on the game worn third jerseys worn by Oil Barons players, giving supporters the chance to take home a unique piece of team history.
Bidding will begin with a starting bid of $300, with bids increasing in $5 increments.
All bids must be made in person during scheduled Oil Barons home games at Centerfire Place. Phone or remote bids will not be accepted. Fans who are unable to attend a game may have a designated person in attendance place bids on their behalf.
The jerseys will be displayed at Oil Barons home playoff games, where fans can view the jerseys and submit their bids. Final bids will be accepted during the Oil Barons final home playoff game, at which time the silent auction will close.
Fans attending upcoming playoff games are encouraged to stop by, place their bids, and take part in the silent auction for a chance to own a game worn Oil Barons jersey from the 2025–26 season.
