The Fort McMurray Oil Barons have announced the signing of goaltender Noah Stenvig (06).
Stenvig most recently played with the Wenatchee Wild of the WHL where he has appeared in 5 games this season.
Prior to the WHL, Stenvig played in the PIJHL where he and the Richmond Sockeyes went on a 14 game playoff run that saw the goalie post a 2.68 GAA and a .919 SV% with 8 wins.
“Noah is a big goalie standing at 6’5”. Our staff see’s a lot of upside with him and we look forward to helping him grow and reach his potential.” Said General Manager Joey Bouchard.
