Fort McMurray, AB — March 12, 2026 — The Fort McMurray Oil Barons are headed to the 2026 AJHL Playoffs, and fans can now secure their seats as playoff tickets are officially on sale.
The Oil Barons will face the Whitecourt Wolverines in the opening round of the 2026 AJHL Playoffs. Fans can now purchase tickets for the first two home playoff games at Centerfire Place.
The Oil Barons will host Game 3 of the series on Tuesday, March 24 at 7:00 PM, followed by Game 4 on Wednesday, March 25 at 7:00 PM.
If necessary, Game 6 of the series would be played at Centerfire Place on Sunday, March 29.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early as playoff hockey returns to Fort McMurray, with an electric atmosphere expected inside Centerfire Place.
Fans are also encouraged to wear white to Game 3 on March 24 as the Oil Barons look to create a playoff “Whiteout” inside Centerfire Place.
Season ticket holders will have until 12:00 PM the day before each scheduled home playoff game to reserve their seats before they are released to the public.
