Fort McMurray, AB (September 30, 2019) – The Fort McMurray Oil Barons added size and physicality on Monday, by acquiring 6’6″, 220 pound forward Kyle Pow (Nanaimo, BC) from the BCHL’s Powell River Kings for future considerations.
Pow, 19, appeared in 17 BCHL games last season and recorded one assist and 48 penalty minutes. Pow brings WHL experience to the Oil Barons’ line up, having appeared in 38 games with the Kelowna Rockets over the past two seasons. In 38 WHL games, Pow registered three assists and 51 penalty minutes.
