Fort McMurray Oil Barons Home Opener – Thursday, October 2nd at Centerfire Place
Fort McMurray, AB – The Fort McMurray Oil Barons are set to play their first game at Centerfire Place this season on Thursday, October 2nd, when they face off against the Drumheller Dragons in their highly anticipated Home Opener.
Fans can take part in pre-game festivities from 4:30pm to 6:30pm outside Centerfire Place, including a Barbeque hosted by Proserve DKI, live music, face painting, and a bouncy castle – fun for the whole family before the puck drops.
Following the festivities, the Oil Barons hit the ice with puck drop set for 7:00 p.m. as we look to open the season in front of our passionate home crowd.
