Notice of Annual General Meeting – 2025
Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Northern Alberta Athletic Association (Oil Barons) will be held as follows:
DATE: Wednesday August 20, 2025
TIME: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
LOCATION: Centerfire Place – 110 Eymundson Rd. Fort McMurray
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. approve the agenda.
2. approve the minutes of September 25th, 2024, Annual General Meeting.
3. considering the Presidents Report.
4. receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2024
5. treasurers report on the current Finances of the Society.
6. appoint the Auditors for 2026 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration; and
7. elect Directors.
