The Barons pulled off a gutsy comeback scoring a 4-3 overtime win over Bonnyville last night at the Casman Centre. Trailing 3-1 with 13 minutes left in the game the MOB rallied scoring the tying goal with 10 seconds left in the game. Kevin Lacroix (3rd) scored on a 5 on 3 power play to send the game into overtime. Only 10 seconds into overtime Parker Evans-Campbell (3rd) potted the winner on the power play on a feed from Kevin Lacroix. Tanner Jaillet stopped 23 shots for the win. Danny Gayle (5th) and Harrison Hendrix (11th) also scored for the Barons as they out chanced Bonnyville 18-12 on the night.
Kevin Lacroix had 6 shots and 6 scoring chances on the evening and Danny Gayle contributed 6 shots and 4 scoring chances.
The Barons received strong efforts from local midget affiliates Daniel Petten and Josh White.
