The Barons split a 2 game road trip beating Bonnyville 5-1 before falling 5-3 to Sherwood Park.
Friday the MOB got a 20 save performance by Tanner Jaillet who collected his 14th win of the season defeating Bonnyville 5-1. Austin Yadlowski (3rd/4th) had 2 goals with singles going to Kaiden Tobin (4th), Mitch Vanderlaan (3rd) and Kevin Miller (14th). The Barons led in shots 36-25 and scoring chances 14-10.
Saturday saw the Barons blow a 3-2 lead in the 3rd period in falling to Sherwood Park 5-3. The teams tied in shots at 33 each and the Crusaders led in scoring chances 16-14. Ryan Bloom (10th/11th) had 2 goals and Jetlan Houcher (15th) added a single.
