FORT MCMURRAY, AB (January 10, 2013) — The Fort McMurray Oil Barons pulled off two major transactions at Thursday night's trade deadline.
The team moved captain Brock Maschmeyer (Bruderheim, AB) to the Nanaimo Clippers of the British Columbia Hockey League in exchange for forward Kevin Miller and future considerations.
Also traded was forward Harry Hendrix (Calgary, AB) to the Drumheller Dragons in exchange for future considerations.
