The Barons evened their season record at 2-2 with a hard fought 3-2 overtime victory in Drayton. Danny Gayle and Harrison Hendrix put the MOB up 2-0 after the first period. Mike Marianchuk netted the overtime winner. The Barons out shot Drayton Valley 35-27 and out chanced them 10-8. Did You Know Forward Danny Gayle had a goal and an assist in his Oilbarons debut. Matt Purmal had 8 shots on net and finished the evening plus 2. Mike Marianchuk had 5 shots on net.
